PHILCO	TP-2920	Normal power supply on standby, but when turning on the TV, the demagnetizer relay hits and goes back to standby	Flyback	This TV arrived from another technical support department all messed up, I then tested the power supply and this TV is cool. When in standby the b+ is around 11v and not 126v, so disconnect the b+ pin from the flyback and press the TV switch, measure the b+ and it was normal 126v, so I looked for a short in the secondary power supplys with an analog multimeter on the 1x scale and I didn't find it, I replaced the flyback and the TV started, but with the horizontal displacement a9no synchronism, so I checked with the osciloscope on pin 34 of ci 101 that it didn't I had a horizontal pulse, in a more accurate analysis of the components in this line, I checked that the c720 had impact marks, I replaced it and the TV worked normally	ivan@
