When in standby the b+ is around 11v and not 126v, so disconnect the b+ pin from the flyback and press the TV switch, measure the b+ and it was normal 126v, so I looked for a short in the secondary power supplys with an analog multimeter on the 1x scale and I didn't find it, I replaced the flyback and the TV started, but with the horizontal displacement a9no synchronism, so I checked with the osciloscope on pin 34 of ci 101 that it didn't I had a horizontal pulse, in a more accurate analysis of the components in this line, I checked that the c720 had impact marks, I replaced it and the TV worked normally	ivan@
