It doesn't turn on, it stays on standby blue, and sometimes it stays on standby blue flashing. | Resistors altered due to the conductivity of the glue, are filter resistors that are close to the transitors after the pfc voltage doubler, due to this defect in the resistor the protection is activated and the pwm IC trips, so the 12v and 24v voltages are not generated. | Resolder the altered resistors by cleaning the board with thinner before replacing them, they are 10k oms resistors, the glue makes them 100 oms. | Antoni Garcez |
